Buying or selling a home involves many moving parts. Leon simplifies the process by explaining options in plain language, building a thoughtful plan, and managing the details so clients feel organized and supported rather than overwhelmed.
He brings more than two decades of sales experience into every negotiation. His style is steady, direct, and thoughtful, especially when decisions feel high-stakes.

Leon, on a more personal note
Leon is warm, funny, and naturally good with people. Having lived in Canada, Israel, Russia, and England, he developed strong cultural awareness and an easy ability to connect with people from many different backgrounds.
He speaks English, Hebrew, and Russian, and he’s currently learning Farsi because his wife is Persian.
Leon is also deeply creative. He’s an artist who paints and draws large pieces and a musician who plays guitar beautifully. He enjoys cooking and hosting, and that same generosity shows up in how he treats clients and the people around him.
Leon is a husband and father of two girls. Earlier in life he served as an officer in the Israeli army, and that leadership experience still shapes how he approaches his work today: calm under pressure, thoughtful in his decisions, and committed to doing what’s right.

With more than 18 years of experience across real estate, construction, health and wellness, technology, and non-profit organizations, Sarah has advised founders, operators, and leaders on brand strategy, growth, and decision-making.
Her approach is warm, direct, and discerning. She brings a systems mindset and a coaching-led perspective that turns complexity into clear next steps.
